How do I create an account?
Right now, there are no user accounts in the Setting app. We decided to keep the experience as simple as possible so the app is ready to use as soon as you download it. No registrations, no email confirmations, or anything else that will stop you from enjoying your session straight away.
I have a problem, how can I get in touch?
Can I adjust the volume of individual sounds?
The function to adjust the volume of individual sounds is currently not available. It is something we are planning to implement in future and make available as a part of the Setting Plus subscription. For now, all sounds are carefully curated and balanced to make the listening experience as realistic and immersive as possible.
Does Setting have a sleep timer or a session timer?
Yes, Setting includes a built-in timer that allows you to choose how long your soundscape plays before it automatically stops. Simply select your preferred duration and the audio will continue playing in the background until the timer ends, making it ideal for sleep, focus sessions, or relaxation breaks.
The timer feature is available as part of Setting Plus, our premium subscription.
What devices is Setting compatible with, and can I use the app offline?
Right now Setting is available for iPhones and iPods running iOS 13.4 or later. It is also possible to run Setting on your Mac devices. Once downloaded, Setting works fully offline, so you can enjoy your soundscapes without an internet connection - perfect for travel, focus sessions, or winding down before sleep.
At the moment, Setting isn’t available on Android or other operating systems. However, we’re actively working towards expanding to other platforms. You can join our mailing list and be the first to know when Setting becomes available on your device.
